The package without signature has no insurance. In the event of loss, Ktana declines all responsibility. The buyer is responsible for his package at the time the package is dropped off at the post office with proof of deposit from the seller.

Any package refused (with proof of your signature on your part on the refusal of the package) or not collected within the post office deadlines of 10 days maximum and returned to our premises will not be refunded.
